What If Oil Is the Earth’s Blood?

What If Everything We’ve Been Told About Fossil Oil Is a Lie?

Have you ever stopped to wonder if everything we’ve been told about fossil oil is a lie? They tell us it’s the decomposed remains of plants and animals from millions of years ago. But what if that’s not the whole truth—or even worse, a story made to justify how we’re treating the planet?

What if oil isn’t just a “resource” for energy, but something far more important – the lifeblood of the Earth? Could it be a vital force that keeps the planet alive and thriving? And if that’s true, what happens when we take too much of it away?

Rethinking Fossil Oil: More Than Just Fuel

For so long, we’ve been taught to see oil as something we’re entitled to, something the Earth has just been storing for us to use. But what if its purpose was never for us?

  • What if oil acts like a lubricant for the Earth’s tectonic plates, helping everything move in harmony?
  • What if it’s part of a system that balances energy and temperature deep within the planet?
  • And by extracting it recklessly, are we not only upsetting this balance but endangering the Earth’s very ability to sustain life?

The Bigger Picture

This isn’t just about science. It’s about understanding the Earth as something alive – something sacred.

The oceans, with their power and endless movement, feel like they carry masculine energy. The land, nurturing and grounding, feels feminine. Together, they create balance and harmony. If we could see the Earth this way, as a living being with its own energy systems and purpose, wouldn’t we treat it with more respect?

What We Can Do

I know we can’t stop the oil industry overnight. But each of us can make small changes that show the Earth we care:

  • Be mindful of what we consume and reduce waste where we can.
  • Choose alternatives that don’t drain the planet’s energy.
  • Talk about these ideas with others – the more we share, the more we can inspire change.

The Call to Reflect

What if one day we run out of oil and realize we’ve drained the Earth of its life force? Maybe it’s time to stop and ask: How can we live in harmony with the planet instead of constantly taking from it?

And let me be honest – I’m not perfect. I drive a diesel car. I’m part of this system too, just like you. But that doesn’t mean I can’t reflect and strive to do better. I believe change starts with awareness, and even the smallest steps matter.

For me, this isn’t just about oil – it’s about how we see the Earth. My journey has taught me that the Earth is balance. It’s a blend of masculine and feminine energy, of creation and stability. And even if my thoughts feel too big for some to understand right now, I know they’re seeds being planted for the future.

Maybe, one day, these seeds will grow into something beautiful. Until then, I’ll keep sharing what’s in my heart, hoping it touches yours too.
